We have been infomed by our vet that there is a new rabbit vaccinaion coming out which combines Myxi and VHD in one injection. Previously this involved 2 trips to the vets 2 weeks apart. The new vaccine also remins effective for 1 year, where the original began to lose effect after 6 months. Its great to see advances being made in rabbit health as bunnies are becoming more and more popular.
As soon as this vaccination becomes available we will be offering it with all our baby bunnies at a discounted cost o £18.00.

We have had a bit of a suprise this month. Our supposedly male English lop Rupert has had litter of 5 Kits. We can only assume that the father of the babies is a lionhead which has been out with Rupert when he escaped from his hutch. Anyway babies are around 2 weeks old now and are doing well. 2 Harlequin and 3 Black. If anyone is interested in some rather unusual babies, please let us know. These bunnies will most likely grow very large, so will require large accomodation or would make good house rabbits. I will get some pictures on soon.
