I am a married "fourty" something lady with a VERY BIG passion for rabbits. We have no children and our "nursery" had been home for our two Seal Point Dwarf lop sisters, Miffy & Milly, age 5 in November 2009.

Unfortuately, we lost Milly back in May due to kidney stone problems. The saving grace being it all happened more or less in one day and my lovely baby did ot suffer un-necessarily, none the less she left a big gap for us.

My new worry being, how would Miffy cope?

Silly question, Miffy really came out of her shell and now has a new lease of life.

Milly being the dominant sister, she kept Miffy under control and rather bullied her, and since her departure, Miffy is like a new bunn!

It appears as though Milly was the one that used to toilet all 4 corners of thier hutch.

Miffy is now a house proud bun that ONLY toilets in her snazzy green "pooh pit" as we call it.

She is let loose in our bungalow daily from 5ish until bed time at 10.30ish. Although she often retires way before that if she wants.

I have never seen her "bink" so much, and "hare" around our hallway and lounge, we often laugh out loud at her antics.

She is such a lovely companion and sweet natured bunn, should she have been depressed at the loss of our Mil Mil I would have tried pairing her up with a new bun, but as she is thriving I will not disrupt her routine.
